- 3 month program
- Recommended for first-time clients
- 12 Inner Mastery Mentoring sessions via Skype/FaceTime/Zoom or phone with Anni
- Highly individualized focused awareness practices every week to experiment with and see what works
- Up to one weekly additional point of contact, if needed
- Free bi-weekly beginning guided meditations that can be downloaded to your personal computer or /a tablet. Customized option also available.
- 6 month program
- Up to 2 weekly additional points of contact to provide support, clarity or guidance if needed
- Free personalized bi-weekly guided meditation (based on mentoring session content)
- Highly individualized focused awareness practices and/or yoga/movement suggestions for 15 minute daily practice provided
- 12 month program
- 48 weekly individual mentoring sessions with Anni by phone/Skype/Zoom and/or FaceTime
- Open additional points of contact as needed to ensure progress with multiple “choice point” phone calls through the year at key moments.
- Free personalized weekly guided mediations (based on mentoring session content)
- On-going practices to put into motion developed in sessions
- Your choice: final 30 minute recordable personalized meditation or
- intensively created 30 minute “mindful movement.”
